6 Ways to Design Sold Sign Ads

6 Ways to Design Sold Sign Ads
First decide what you want your prospective clients to THINK and FEEL when they see your ad.  It is the most important first step to creating an ad that will sell your personality and get their attention.

1- The simplest caricature of an agent holding a phone can be used on yard signs, business cards and ads or social media. Using fun art to convey your friendly face can go a long way with clients.

2- The next step up is a caricature of an agent holding a phone and your company logo on the art.  It gives more information while retaining the fun aspect of the ad. The ads should print large enough to use on many types of ads and be able to shrink small enough for emails and cards.

3- An agent caricature standing next to a SOLD house sign including contact information.  The purpose of the big/head little body is for facial recognition. Often the customer sees the ad before they meet you. The color scheme of the outfit should match the company logo for attractiveness. Note her dress and his tie.

4- "I can find your dream  home" the ad speaks for itself.  It is compelling since everyone has a home they dream of having!

5-  Large house in the background while the sign and agent dominate foreground.  This is a different look than the ones above.  It is the shape of a business card.

6- Agent, sign and tinted background.  The background color is similar to the blue in the sign but is shaded dark to light.  His tie matches the red in his logo.  Her jacket matches the gold in hers.  The grey background compliments the black sign.
